I want to give a special shout out to the maintenance worker that came to help us. He fixed the issues in our bathroom, repainted our windowsill, and helped dispose of old trash and grime from the tops of our kitchen cabinets. He was exceptionally respectful to me asking that he wear booties in our home. He did an amazing job replacing what needed to be replaced and otherwise touching up the rest of the maintenance. His demeanor while he was working was genuinely kind, happy, and respectful. Thank you!

I had a really great experience with Statewide, having lived in this property for 7 years. I had a great relationship with the building manager, Jaida Van Putten. She was reliable, kind, prompt, and understanding. I learned she transferred to a new property shortly after I moved out, and I felt happy that she too could grow and continue to help people the way she helped me and everyone in my building. She truly set the bar very high, and I am grateful for everything she did. I have and would continue to recommend Statewide properties to others.

I’ve been living in my studio at 1416 W 10th Pl since the beginning of November, and my experience has been completely flawless largely in part to my manager Noemi. She’s been absolutely flawless at taking care of any maintenance requests that I’ve contacted her about, kept me in the loop about everything and has been an absolute sweetheart the entire time. Being a first time apartment renter, she’s guided me through the process and never been impatient with my million questions! My experience with Statewide so far has been amazing, and I’m glad to live somewhere where I trust my manager to get what needs to get done, done! Thank you Noemi!!!

They are always easy to contact and are pleasant to attend to any issues that arise in our large complex.They regularly maintain our common areas and are quick to resolve any situation! I just want to express that William Ontiveros has been nothing but helpful and understanding in all aspects of my stay here at 1324 Calumet. Anytime something went wrong (plumbing issue or otherwise), he’s always taken care of it promptly. I can say he’s my favorite property manager out of all of the places I have ever rented.

First time renter and I couldn’t have a better experience applying for my first one bedroom apartment. Ester the property Manager was very professional in helping me apply and answered all my questions i had about the application process. I applied was approved and gave my security deposit and first month rent. Now that i have been at my new apartment for a month i couldn’t be happier at Reseda Garden. The apartment is beautiful with large living room and the bedroom is large as well. The Neighbors are are nice and the building is quiet at night. Additionally the building is always kept clean with the pool always looking bright and blue. I am looking forward to having a great year here at Reseda Garden! I had the best experience applying for my apartment thanks to Ester she made the process easy and wonderful to move in. If anyone is considering applying for a wonderful place in the middle of reseda i recommend Reseda Garden and Ester the Manager.

I cannot say enough about how much I love living here. The location is great, the neighbors are quiet, and my apartment is very spacious and well taken care of. The on site manager, Nina Radu, is absolutely charming and wonderful and made me feel at home right away. When the occasional maintenance issue does pop up, she is quick to help out and you can tell how much she truly cares about her tenants. After months of searching for a place I feel very lucky to have landed here at the complex on Gilmore St.

That shows a level of care and concern you will not see often, if at all. She’s been very patient with me as I’ve asked questions over the course of a few days pending my application approval.
